Quality assurance and monitoring is built into our way of working. This is done continuously as part of the modus operandi of individual assignments, and through our e-survey system Questback.
Our consultants do the ongoing monitoring of each task by regularly checking with the participants that the content and method used is meeting their needs. Our account managers also have an ongoing dialogue with the client. To work as closely with the participants' actual needs as possible and in direct and reciprocal dialogue with our customers we perceive to be a critical success factor in their feedback to us.
