Perlans methods and tools are designed, tested and developed over 25 years by working closely with our clients. We rest on our long experience and on current research into which factors that create efficient and prosperous business, as well as the leadership behaviours that make a difference in successful companies.

We apply different teaching methods and tools as people have different learning styles and so acquire new skills in different ways. On this basis, we have developed a tool-kit with a wide range of models and tools. We provide easily accessible theory descriptions are part of our activities.
