Management group- and
team development
Perlan integrates group development with the group working with their real issues and challenges. In this way we connect the development effort directly to the company's or group's business or operational goals.
Our approach is based on 25 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, continuous development of methods and current research on what contributes to successful teams. Recently we have integrated the American scholar Susan A Wheelans group theory and method for mapping a group's status and development needs, Group Development Questionnaire, or GDQ in short.
We work with dialogue, exercises and reflection, both individually and in groups and add on theory, models and tools. We begin by anchoring the activity in the whole group and often start this out with a survey of current status. We may also make use of Farax or MBTI surveys as part of the group development.
Via the links on the right you can read more about how we work with management teams and working groups and how we use GDQ, Farax and MBTI.
