We conduct coaching for managers and employees at all levels, individually and in groups. To ensure that each manager gets the right coach, we have a careful matching procedure with an introductory meeting between the manager and one of our planning consultants.
Our coaching is evaluated against set targets and quality assured through follow-up surveys. We can also implement a Farax 360 degree measurement or MBTI survey as part of the coaching. You can also combine coaching and UGL.
