About us

Perlan has over 25 years experience in leadership and organizational development. We are a network-based organisation, with a small staff of employees and a large network of qualified consultants all over the country. We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö and some 50 consultants.

All consultants are rooted in Gestalt theory and methodology but otherwise have different backgrounds, profiles and skills. We attach great importance to our customers receiving the right consultant in terms of skills, personality and cultural knowledge.

Perlan Dialogue & Leaderships principal owner is the Gällöfsta Educational Center Foundation. Together with our sister company Gällöfsta Leadership Development AB, we are one of the largest players in leadership and organizational development, covering the entire field from leadership training and management development to qualified individual and executive coaching, crisis and conflict management.

We also have close interaction with the Gestalt Academy in Scandinavia who delivers training of Organization Development consultants and Gestalt therapists. Several of our consultants are active as teachers and trainers at the Gestalt Academy.
